Congratulations to E&P Bro Garth Joseph on being perfected into the 18th Degree. Garth is currently the Worshipful Master of his Lodge and felt he had reached the stage where he wanted to further his masonic career. He came in knowing very little about the Rose Croix degree & in his own words “his expectations were blown out of the water”. The Officers did an exceptional job & some new lighting effects were introduced to the ceremony, which added to the theatre of the ceremony.
