Barambah Sovereign Chapter #133, in Kingaroy Queensland, had their first candidate in more than 7 years. Blake Castle was Perfected by the Officers of the Chapter to a standard worthy of great praise.
The District Commander and District Recorder, M.Ill Bro David Wein and Em Bro Wayne Smith, travelled long distances over many months to assist and encourage the Chapter to put on the “Best Theatre” possible for the new candidate and managed to produce a standard of ritual that left many gobsmacked at their efforts.
It cannot be understated the degree of improvement shown by all at Barambah over a 3 month period.
The MWS, Ill Bro Blake Leach, and the 2nd General, Ill Bro Stan Whalan (intermediate degrees), both did such an outstanding ritual that they are worthy of a ‘mention in dispatches’ for their efforts as are the rest of the Officers in the Chapter for their contribution as part of their team.
The Regional Commander, M.Ill Bro Goding, accompanied by a Regional Team consisting of Past member of Supreme Council M.Ill Bro Col Mander; District Commanders John Ross and Peter McMillan and Em Bro Ian Melton travelled to witness the ceremony and the fine efforts of Barambah Chapter and were rewarded for the Theatre that was presented in the ritual on the evening.
It will only be a short period of time before the local area will hear of the excellent ritual that was performed and we trust that Barambah will rise again to become a healthy chapter within the Queensland Burnett District in our Region 2 family.
