Region 4 WA – J A Ellis Sovereign Council No 19 Last night the Council dedicated their new banner and conducted a ceremony of remembrance for Em.Bro Gordon Stephens.
The banner now hangs proudly along-side the banners of Boucaut and Duke of Kent Sovereign Chapters, all meeting at Doubleview W.A.
