On Friday July 5th, the St Andrew Sovereign Council hosted a meeting of the Southern Cross Chapter of Improvement.
During the St Andrews meeting, the Regional Commander M∴ Ill∴ Bro. Michael Hyland 33° presented three awards for meritorious service within the Rite:
- Em∴ Bro. Richard Shelly 31° OoM
- Em∴ Bro. Colin Steer 31° OoM
- Em∴ Bro. Rahim Samat 32° OoM
Afterwards, the Southern Cross Chapter of Improvement demonstrated a version of the 19th Degree of the Cerneau Scottish Rite.
