(Region 4) – J A Ellis Sovereign Council hosted the Charter of Western Australia Sovereign Council No 1 to Create E & P Bro Martin Byrne. The members of J A Ellis have a long history of hosting Creation ceremonies to assist the Brethren of District Northern.
